Refund policy

1. Sales are final

Music files and licenses are delivered digitally as soon as your payment is confirmed, so Mousikē does not give refunds, including when you change your mind. Listen to the preview and read the license before you buy.

2. When we refund

Mousikē refunds a payment only in these cases:

• A payment error: you were charged twice, or charged without a completed order.
• Files not delivered: a technical fault means the files you bought cannot be downloaded, and we cannot fix it.
• A track already sold: two buyers paid for the same track at the same time. The first order is completed and the second is refunded in full.
• Custom work not delivered: Mousikē could not deliver the custom work you paid for.

3. How to ask

Write to info@biligeti.com with your order number and what went wrong. We confirm what happened and reply by email.

4. How a refund is paid

A refund goes back to the payment method you used, through our payment provider, for the amount you paid. How long it takes to reach you depends on the provider and your bank or mobile money operator.

When an order is refunded, its licenses end and its files can no longer be downloaded. A track bought in that order goes back on sale.
